ValveNet Technologies is a market leader in Financial Technologies, offering software products to consumers scattering to individual traders to corporate houses who are involved in stock market trading. We need skilled personnel to assist our clients with product installation, configuration, customization & demonstration to use our products.
Freshers can join as a Product Support Executive in Puducherry to kick start your career in IT.
TECHNICAL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR 3 MONTHS.
How will you contribute:
- Remotely install our software products to clients.
- Clarify technical queries.
- Demonstrate product usage.
- Document client requirements.
- Generate reports periodically.
- Create, update & maintain official documentations.
- Coordinate with the administration.
Essential Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Willingness to follow work ethics.
- Good analytical skill.
- Good focus & effective handle work pressure with composure.
- Ability achieve business objectives & assignments.
- Good communications skills with fluency in English.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc in any discipline.
- B.E./B.Tech in any discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Work Days:
- Monday to Friday
