The opportunity and what we offer
Formalize is scaling rapidly across Europe, and as our IT Support Specialist, you’ll be at the core of ensuring our technology supports this growth. Your role will be instrumental in managing IT operations for a scale-up with four international offices (Aarhus, Madrid, Copenhagen, and Milan) and a team of 150+ talented professionals.
This role will report to the Global People Director and work closely with the People Operations team and the Product and Operations departments.

Your responsibilities
- The first line of IT support across our locations
- Set up devices, manage access, and handle onboarding/off-boarding
- Keep systems running smoothly (Google Workspace, cloud tools, macOS)
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
- Own our internal IT support channel Help keep our data safe and systems compliant
Qualifications and about you
- 2-4 years experience in IT support or similar roles
- Great with Google Workspace, cloud tools, and macOS
- Confident supporting non-tech teams
- Solid understanding of networks, security, and device management Fluent in English

Recruitment Process

- 30-minute online interview with our Global People Director 60 minutes in-person final interview with our Global People Director & Tech Lead
