The successful candidate:

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has the ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Has a degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar discipline
• Has 2+ years of recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience
• Able to administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft Remote Desktop, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and WiFi technologies
• Has experience setting up and troubleshooting PC, Mac, and mobile devices
• Likes to be hands-on, with a desire for continual learning
• Is flexible to work after hours, on weekends, and on-call as required

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and closing IT Help Desk tickets
• Resolving technical issues
• Performing IT equipment setup/troubleshooting
• Working with our technical team in various technical roles
• Providing remote and on-site IT support to CG Technologies customers

Access to a vehicle is necessary, as some light travel around the GTA will be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
