● Assists with software and firmware updates to system processors, system circuit packs, IP stations, and associated equipment.
● Able to use network tracing (wire shark) and other troubleshooting tools to diagnose/troubleshoot end-point devices and peripheral issues.
● Ensures end-point systems are functioning and with optimal performance by testing equipment and connections and identifying and correcting any issues.
● Provides cutover support and assistance.
● Performs Server Room Rack and Stack
● Performs mainframe and IDF cross-connects.
● Able to lift 50 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
