Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various commercial and industrial facilities. Your efforts will ensure our clients’ spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming for all visitors and staff.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for lighting, plumbing, or structural issues.
• Assist with industrial cleaning projects when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed during high-volume or specialized cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in both commercial and residential settings, including light painting or minor repairs if necessary.
• Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.
• Experience with custodial tasks including trash disposal, dusting, window washing, and restocking supplies.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
