Janitorial Maintenance is responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash. Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Industrial janitorial: 3 years (Required)
