3D Rail Services is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, safety-minded Heavy Equipment Operators to operate bulldozers and excavators on our project site in Minaki, ON. - Consistent Hours – Monday to Friday schedule, 40–50 hours/week, with steady year-round work on our development projects. Weekend work only when required.

What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Operating bulldozers for land clearing, grading, and stockpile management.
- Running excavators for land clearing, trenching, digging, and material handling.
- Supporting site prep, soil and aggregate processing, and stockpile management.
- Loading trucks and aggregate crushing plant with material using excavators or Loaders.
- Assisting with general site duties, including fueling, lubrication, and housekeeping.
- Occasional travel to nearby job sites as required (overnight stays are rare but may happen).
Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities
- Operate bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently.
- Maintain daily inspections and ensure equipment is kept in clean, working order.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific requirements.
- Support project supervisors with additional tasks when needed.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating bulldozers and excavators.
- Valid driver’s license (Class 1 with Air Endorsement is an asset but not required).
- Clean safety record and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Willingness to travel short distances or stay overnight if required.
- Dependable, hardworking, punctual, and committed to quality work.
