KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily analysis and reconciliation of invoices in the accounting system
- Daily reporting of results to the leadership team
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring correct transaction recordings and following up on any outstanding balances
- Assist Senior Accountant as required with other reconciliations
- Process client credit card transactions, refunds, and voids using our merchant platform
- Review and correct invoice discrepancies with clients and Worldgo travel team
- Support clients where needed with missing invoices from hotels and other suppliers to assist in their reconciliations
- Chase unpaid commissions from hotels and other suppliers
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive change management within the organization
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
- Post secondary degree/diploma in business, accounting or similar
- Motivated and resilient individual who can drive change within the organization
- Trams, Amadeus, Sabre, experience preferred but not essential
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Excellent relationship building skills for developing and keeping effective working relationships
- Intermediate level in Excel and Word, and other MS office programs
- Ability to work collaboratively and across disciplines for a common goal
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Proven ability to aggregate and analyze information and data for effective problem solving, that utilizes sound judgement
COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
