- Support the Head of Compliance Ireland and the Dublin Compliance team in day-to-day activities.
- Assist in preparing regular compliance reports for management and the Board, and help with regulatory reporting.
- Maintain the Errors Log, working with internal and external stakeholders to keep it up to date.
- Review monthly reports from service providers and complete report trackers and checklists.
- Attend meetings with service providers and internal teams, preparing and circulating meeting notes.
- Review and reconcile investment and borrowing breaches logs.
- Act as the IIML Administrator for the Central Bank’s online portal—manage user permissions and resolve queries.
- Respond to internal compliance queries and help tailor solutions to business needs.
- Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar and coordinate timely submissions.
- Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices.
- Some experience in the Funds Industry, preferably in a management company
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of the general regulatory environment for funds and asset managers in Ireland
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication skills including written/oral
- Eagerness to learn and grow as both the business and the regulatory landscape evolve
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude
