Remcoll Modular International contributes to this vision by designing, manufacturing and delivering modular homes, as completed volumetric structures, and smaller functional pods, typically containing a bathroom, which are then installed, by others, into conventionally constructed buildings.

Role purpose:

Provide commercial support through estimating, bid preparation, payment applications, and coordination with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Main tasks:

These will include, but not limited to:

· Assist with bids, estimates, payment applications, vesting documentation and invoicing.

· Prepare material and labour estimates for new projects.

· Track actual costs against estimates on live projects and report variances.

· Review project information, purchase orders and subcontract documents.

· Identify bid opportunities and assist with tender submissions.

· Liaise with clients, subcontractors and material suppliers.

· Gather project data and support issue resolution with internal teams.

Role Requirements:

Personal Characteristics

· Accurate, timely estimates and commercial documentation.

· Strong coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Effective management of snagging and subcontractor information.

· Positive contribution to bid quality and commercial decisions.

Work Experience

· Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field (desirable).

· Experience in a Junior Estimator or similar construction/manufacturing role.

· Basic construction knowledge; off-site experience an advantage.

· Strong communication, organisation and detail orientation.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Other considerations:

The factory currently operates on a single shift with a start time of 7:00am and finish time of 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 3:30pm on Friday. All employees must be able to work these times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
