Wil jij aan de slag voor nationale en (inter)nationale opdrachtgevers in een snel veranderende markt? Dan is de baan van Jr. Manager Audit iets voor jou.
Je spreekt jouw klanten persoonlijk en geeft ze zelfstandig advies. Je gaat bijna elke week naar een andere klant. Zo krijg jij overal een kijkje in de keuken. Hoe gaat een onderneming vooruit? Wat is de beste manier om bepaalde processen te optimaliseren? En wat zijn relevante ontwikkelingen? Je luistert goed, bepaalt risico's, signaleert trends en vertaalt die naar een steengoede dienstverlening, planning en documentatie. Daar ben jij, samen met de partner, verantwoordelijk voor.
Maar dat is nog niet alles…. jij hebt ook een team onder je, waaraan jij op coachende wijze leiding geeft. Zo begeleidt je assistenten, supervisors en junior managers. Eigenlijk ben je betrokken bij alles wat er op kantoor speelt. Daardoor kun jij veel naar je toetrekken. Zo bepaal jij de diversiteit van jouw werkzaamheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. - Je hebt een RA-opleiding afgerond.
- Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring als manager in de controlepraktijk.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, ook in het Engels.
