Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities within our high-volume food manufacturing facility. You will act as a vital link between production, planning, order fulfilment, and the Operations Manager.

You’ll lead a team of 12, ensuring efficient and safe production while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and food safety compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to make a visible impact and grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in planning, organising, and executing daily production schedules.
• Oversee production lines, troubleshoot issues, and minimise downtime.
• Prepare and deliver daily and weekly production reports to senior management.
• Lead, coach, and mentor production team members to drive performance and engagement.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, quality, and customer standards.
• Liaise with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready manufacturing environment at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years’ experience in a high-volume food manufacturing setting.
• Recent graduates will be considered for the position.
• Experience in a supervisory, team leader, or junior management role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends when required.
