Principal Accountabilities

Sales & Business Support
Support the team in closing the deal by coordinating the Business Team and Bank's team (Farming Sales)
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer data
Track leads, conversions, and service activation status
Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly tracker for pickups points, pricing, collections, and revenues
Maintain Excel trackers for client-wise volumes, pricing etc
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas for analysis and reporting
Follow up with branches for pending reports, documents, and operational updates
Act as a link between Sales, Operations, Finance, and HO teams

Knowledge & Experience:

Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in branch and client/ bank coordination
Good working knowledge of Excel (mandatory)
Understanding of cash management / cash logistics operations (preferred)
Strong coordination, follow-up, data accuracy and communication skills
