Principal Accountabilities
- Sales & Business Support
- Support the team in closing the deal by coordinating the Business Team and Bank's team (Farming Sales)
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer data
- Track leads, conversions, and service activation status
- Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly tracker for pickups points, pricing, collections, and revenues
- Maintain Excel trackers for client-wise volumes, pricing etc
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas for analysis and reporting
- Follow up with branches for pending reports, documents, and operational updates
- Act as a link between Sales, Operations, Finance, and HO teams
Knowledge & Experience:
- Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in branch and client/ bank coordination
- Good working knowledge of Excel (mandatory)
- Understanding of cash management / cash logistics operations (preferred)
- Strong coordination, follow-up, data accuracy and communication skills
