We are looking for a Junior Technical Administrator with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Backup & Storage to join a dynamic team and maintain the backup infrastructures of our clients. If you are passionate about technology and eager to thrive in a multi-national and stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Hardware Management: Analyze, propose configurations, maintain the CMDB, and coordinate decommissioning activities.
- Service Provisioning & Maintenance: Configure and maintain storage devices, backup tools, SAN tasks, enforce standards, and perform routine updates.
- Daily Activities: Monitor infrastructures, resolve incidents, perform Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and collaborate with clients and providers to solve issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in backup and storage technologies (Commvault, SAN, NAS)
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery exercises
- Knowledge of scripting (Perl, Python, or Ansible) and object storage (S3 protocol) is a plus
- Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); French is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
