Job title: Junior Web Developer

Starting Salary range: EUR 33,000 – EUR 37,000 (or local equivalent, depending on location)

Location: Ideally you will be able to access one of our global hubs in: London, Dublin, Toronto, or Medellín. But we’ll consider applicants from anywhere for the right person. We already collaborate across continents; we care more about how you work than where you work.

About your future job (job summary)

We’re looking for a Junior Developer (front‑end leaning, with opportunities to expand across the stack over time). You’ll work closely with our CX Manager / Digital Product Specialist to implement UX/UI-led improvements, build new features, and contribute to accessible, intuitive digital experiences across our global brands. You'll also work alongside a developer who began in this very role and has since grown significantly across our stack giving you built‑in mentorship and a clear growth path.

What you’ll do (Key responsibilities)

• Build and refine user-facing features across JENZA IENA Group brands.
• Turn Figma and into accessible, mobile‑first experiences.
• Maintain reusable UI components for consistency across brands.
• Support UX‑driven improvements and testing.
• Gradually explore broader parts of the stack as your skills grow.
• Collaborate with CX, Operations, Product and Compliance teams.
• Participate in team sprints, planning and retrospectives.
• Commit to learning, developing and improving your own skills throughout your career to meet the needs of the business.

Who we’re looking for

Someone early in their development career who loves solving problems, collaborating with others, and building meaningful digital experiences for young travellers. You don’t need a specific degree, just curiosity, capability, and the drive to learn quickly. We value your passion, experience and energy over your educational background.

We’re looking for someone who can get stuck in and help us to grow our work abroad brands. You’ll love all things travel and have a sound knowledge of what Gen Z want – focused on bringing that experience to life for our audience and customers.

What we imagine you’ll have....

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with React or a modern front‑end framework.
• Familiarity with design hand‑off tools such as Figma or.
• Curiosity about UX/UI design principles.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and grow quickly

Bonus points for

• Experience with responsive/adaptive design.
• Understanding of APIs and REST.
• Exposure to general back‑end concepts (not required).
• Experience with Strapi CMS.
