Job Title: Key Account Executive (Logistics)
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key logistics clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the effective execution of logistics strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Ø Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ø Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized logistics solutions that meet client needs.
Ø Monitor account performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Ø Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for account growth and optimization.
Ø Prepare and present reports on account status, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Ø Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Ø Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
