KG Coordinator (Kindergarten Coordinator)
Qualification
- UG / PG in any discipline
- NTT / D.El.Ed / Montessori / ECCE certification mandatory
- B.Ed. preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Kindergarten / Pre-Primary education
- Prior experience as KG Teacher / Senior KG In-charge / Coordinator preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise KG academic and co-curricular activities
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Ensure effective implementation of play-way and activity-based learning
- Guide, mentor, and support KG teachers
- Monitor classroom teaching, lesson plans, and student progress
- Organize events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs
- Maintain child safety, hygiene, and discipline standards
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
- Coordinate with school management and principal
- Ensure compliance with school policies and early childhood education norms
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff
- Deep understanding of early childhood development
- Creativity, patience, and nurturing attitude
- Ability to train and manage KG teaching staff
