Nomo Ramen is Dublin’s newest and 1st specialized Ramen restaurant based near Camden Street.

The restaurant is founded by Kevin Hughes who is a trained chef and obsessed with Ramen.

We use a combination of traditional Japanese cooking methods with ramen styles influenced from the U.S to strike the balance of western and eastern flavours.

What you’ll be doing:

Full time
Tips are around 2.50 per hour per person
Awareness of general hygiene and keeping the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness
Flexible with hours (we will provide you as fixed of a schedule we as we can)

Experience Required

● Previous experience working as a kitchen assistant or Prep.

● Knowledge of HACCP

● General knowledge of food preparation

● Able to work full time in Ireland
