As a Kitchen Assistant at Talbot Lodge, you'll play a crucial role as a valued member of our culinary team. Working closely with our talented Chef, you'll contribute to preparing and serving high-quality meals for our residents. Your dedication and attention to detail will be put to use in various responsibilities, including:

• Assisting the Chef with meal preparation, showcasing your skills in ingredient preparation, cooking, baking, and ensuring attractive plating and presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment entails washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitising surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene.
• Assisting with inventory management and supply ordering, contributing to the smooth operation of our kitchen.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Providing excellent service to our residents, fostering a positive dining experience.
