Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients, verify their identity, explain the blood draw process, and alleviate anxiety. Blood Collection: Perform venipunctures (vein draws) and finger sticks to obtain specimens. Specimen Handling: Label vials accurately, maintain specimen integrity, and follow specific collection times for tests like therapeutic drug monitoring. Laboratory Support: Prepare samples for transport, log collections, and perform basic bedside tests like glucose monitoring. Hygiene & Safety: Use aseptic techniques, maintain sterile equipment, and follow isolation protocols. Documentation: Track collected samples, log data, and report results or discrepancies to nurses and managers. Supply Management: Maintain organized and stocked blood draw stations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
