We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations by performing tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate data recording. The ideal candidate will assist in sample analysis, follow safety protocols, and contribute to high-quality laboratory results.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, label, and process samples (blood, urine, chemicals, etc.)
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results accurately
- Record and report findings to supervisors or medical staff
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Ensure proper storage and handling of specimens
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures
- Maintain laboratory records, logs, and documentation
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Stay updated with laboratory techniques and standards
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 year experience preferred
- Kerala Resgistration mandatory
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
