- We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our medical team. The Lab Technician will be responsible for collecting, preparing, testing, and analyzing patient samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of medical laboratory protocols and a passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process blood, urine, and other body fluid samples.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.).
- Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment.
- Ensure accuracy in test results and report promptly to the doctor.
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
- Follow proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Manage inventory of lab reagents and supplies.
- Adhere to quality control and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BSc MLT).
- Valid certification or registration from a recognized body (if applicable).
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical lab setting preferred ).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Familiarity with lab software and digital reporting tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,085.45 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
