- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Maintain discipline and resolve minor labour issues.
- Train and guide workers for efficiency.
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
- Report progress, delays, and manpower requirements to management.
- Coordinate between labourers and higher management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
