Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced tailor to join our boutique. The candidate must be capable of high-quality stitching and finishing, and should be able to stitch various designs based on reference pictures provided by customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Stitch saree blouses (all patterns and designs)
• Stitch churidar sets, gowns, and modern outfits
• Stitch different models and designs as per reference pictures
• Take accurate body measurements and ensure perfect fitting
• Maintain neat stitching, finishing, and overall garment quality
• Make alterations and corrections when required
• Handle fabrics carefully and avoid damage or wastage
• Complete orders within the given time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stitching area
• Coordinate with the shop owner/designer for custom requirements Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of sewing, cutting, and tailoring techniques
• Experience in designer stitching and modern tailoring
• Ability to understand customer requirements and reference images
• Good finishing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and responsibly Experience Requirement:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in tailoring/stitching
• Experience in boutique or designer stitching is preferred

• Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
