We’re currently hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews on residential projects and help deliver work we’re proud to put our name on.

Position Overview

The Foreman is responsible for coordinating day-to-day on-site operations, supervising crew members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to plan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily on-site objectives
• Supervise, lead, and motivate on-site crew members
• Read and interpret landscape construction plans and take accurate measurements from drawings
• Communicate daily progress, timelines, and goals with Project Managers
• Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
• Assist with hands-on construction work as required

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of landscape construction experience in a Foreman position
• Proven hardscape experience (pavers, retaining walls, concrete, etc.)
• Ability to read landscape plans and layout work from drawings
• Experience operating a skid steer and excavator
• Ability to operate a transit/laser level to determine grades and drainage
• Comfortable driving and maneuvering a truck and trailer
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Licensing Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (required)
• Class 1 or Class 3 license is considered a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
