Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our property services team. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks and requires someone who is comfortable working independently, operating equipment, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Flexibility for early mornings and occasional overnight work is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties including property maintenance, cleanup, and site preparation
• Operate equipment such as skid steers safely and efficiently
• Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Follow daily work schedules and complete assigned jobs on time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and equipment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Proven experience operating a skid steer
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to start early mornings and work occasional overnight shifts
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property services, landscaping, or construction
• Basic mechanical knowledge of equipment maintenance
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt on the job

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Early morning start times
• Occasional overnight or extended shifts depending on project needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
• Opportunities for overtime

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
