Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has some experience in landscaping, and is eager to learn and grow with our company. You will assist with both hardscape and softscape projects while supporting your crew leader to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of retaining walls, patios, walkways, plantings, sod, mulch, and drainage systems
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and supplies on the jobsite
• Operate basic landscape equipment and power tools safely (training provided)
• Follow directions from the crew leader to complete daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Provide support in moving materials, digging, grading, and other physical tasks

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscaping or related outdoor work experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to safely use hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small equipment (skid steer/mini excavator experience a plus but not required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite/shop
• Team-oriented, dependable, and punctual
