We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to perform a range of landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance, with opportunities for leadership and supervisory responsibilities as they gain experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and mulching
Supervise and lead small teams on specific projects or daily tasks
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Assist with site cleanup and debris removal to keep work areas tidy

Experience

Prior experience in landscaping, operating lawn care equipment ie. zero turn mowers, blowers, etc required
Prior experience driving truck and trailer required.
Supervising or leadership experience is beneficial for those interested in advancing into team lead roles
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed
Valid G Drivers License and Clean drivers abstract required
References required

Experience:

truck with trailer: 2 years (required)

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
