We believe in focusing on eating whole foods. In our kitchen good means whole, humane and non processed. We source our ingredients from local suppliers as much as we can and choose organic when it makes sense.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Barista team! As our ideal candidate, you should have at least 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and be super passionate about all things COFFEE.

Someone who is punctual, hardworking, outgoing, and energetic. You should be committed to teamwork, creating a positive atmosphere, and delivering excellent customer service. With your multitasking abilities and strong eye for detail, you will help us maintain our high standards and exceed our customers' expectations.

Duties + responsibilities -

• Prepare hot and cold coffees + beverages with precision and care, adhering to the TurF Standard
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding strict hygiene and presentation standards to provide a welcoming environment for customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritising guest satisfaction
• Responsible for opening + closing duties
• Supporting on taking orders, running food, roll-ups, bussing, and cleaning tables when needed
• Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed.
• Follow company recipes, standards, and health & safety guidelines.
• Be the manager on duty following the floor manager's duties and responsibilities when the MOD is not on the floor
• Promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere

The Finer Print -

• Full time position
• Weekend availability ( scedule Sunday - Thursday_
• 2+ years in a coffee position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in a leadership or manage role is a must
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
