Position: Lead Water, Fire, and Mold Mitigation Technician

Job Purpose:

• Mitigate / restore residential and commercial buildings for water, fire, and mold.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage.
• Assess damage and create a plan of action for remediation.
• Use specialized equipment to extract water, dry affected areas, and clean up fire and smoke damage.
• Perform mold remediation following industry standards.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Industry experience for a minimum of 2 years
• Attention to detail, thorough, and takes pride in work performed
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to analyze customers' needs and recommend, educate on the best solution
• Professional behavior, including promptness, neatness, team spirit, and willingness to take proper care of company vehicles and equipment
• Flexible to adjust work schedule to meet demand. Must be available 24 / 7 / 365 and willing to work overtime. Weekend work is required, and you must be able to be on call
• A valid driver's license, a clean criminal background, and a clean driving record are required
• Ability to educate clientele on other available services to help grow the company
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly, up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Restoration techs will be either WRT or ASD Certified
• Experience with program work - general duties and moisture data collection
• Must understand the S500 and be able to speak to industry standards
