Lead Restoration Technician

$20-$30 hourly – salary based on experience

Proudly servicing Livonia, MI, we are looking for a strong Team Leader that has experience in Water Restoration or extensive construction/remodeling crew management for our water restoration program.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Supervise restoration crews to ensure work is performed efficiently and to industry standards
• Help develop scopes of work to inform the estimating process
• Review estimates, act as liaison with insurance companies, and aid in the collection process
• Perform water restoration sales and technician functions when needed
• Work with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the entire water restoration process to negotiate and settle claims
• Ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Water restoration experience or construction/remodeling crew management
• Xactimate software experience preferred.
• IICRC Certification a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
