We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Learner Support Executive to assist learners throughout their academic journey. The role involves guiding students, resolving queries, providing program-related information, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist learners with course details, schedules, and platform navigation.
- Handle student queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Maintain regular follow-up with learners to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve academic or technical issues.
- Update and maintain learner records in the CRM system.
- Provide orientation, reminders, and ongoing support throughout the program.
- Ensure high-quality service and timely response to all learner needs.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and patience while handling queries.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer/Student support experience is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Any degree.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
