The Opportunity: Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager

We are looking for a driven, highly motivated and innovative Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager to join our talented CBRE & Redi shopping center teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the most interesting and prominent shopping center in Finland.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and overall asset value for Redi Shopping Center.
Tenant Acquisition: Proactively identify, attract, and negotiate leases with new tenants, focusing on a diverse and compelling tenant mix that aligns with the center's strategy, brand and target audience.
Tenant Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring tenant satisfaction together with the shopping centre team.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.
Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial models, lease proposals, and related documentation.
Negotiation: Lead and negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the landlord and the tenant.
Collaboration: Work closely with property management, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and successful shopping center experience.
Reporting: Prepare regular leasing reports and provide updates to management and owners.

Your profile

At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in leasing with proven track record of previous achievements
Experience in retail and commercial real estate sectors, ideally within large-scale shopping centres
Knowledge of real estate laws, principles and practices
Strong understanding of the Finnish retail market and commercial real estate landscape
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both Finnish and English, additional languages are considered beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy
Licensed real estate broker (LKV) certificate is considered beneficial
