Schedule:
Full-time, M-F, 40hour/week
This job is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work both remotely and on-site as needed. The candidate will need to have a reliable home office setup, strong technology skills, and the flexibility to work on-site when necessary.

Reports to:
VP and General Counsel

Job Summary:
CPP is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the legal counsel and partner clinics. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department
  • Manage legal files
  • Prepare and review documents and correspondence
  • Preparing and submitting filings
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Communicate with employees and other parties
  • Other tasks may be assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or 4-year Degree
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a heavy emphasis on MS Word

Résumé du poste :
Le RPC est à la recherche d'un adjoint juridique pour fournir un soutien administratif et de bureau au conseiller juridique et aux cliniques partenaires. Ce poste nécessite une grande attention aux détails, de la résolution de problèmes et des compétences organisationnelles.

Responsabilités :
Fournir un soutien administratif au service juridique
Gérer les dossiers juridiques
Préparer et réviser les documents et la correspondance
Préparation et dépôt des dossiers
Planification des réunions
Communiquer avec les employés et les autres parties
D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées

Qualifications :
Baccalauréat ou Bac+4
Grande attention aux détails, à la résolution de problèmes et aux compétences organisationnelles
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office avec un accent particulier sur MS Word
