- Legal Research: Conduct independent legal research on assigned issues using legal databases, internet, and other resources.
- Document Drafting: Draft and proofread various legal documents, such as motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence, as requested by attorneys.
- Case Preparation: Assist in organizing case files, evidence, and preparing materials for litigation, hearings, and trials.
- Client Interaction: Perform client intake, conduct interviews, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel under supervision.
- Court Observation: Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations to gain practical exposure to legal proceedings.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office administration, including filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Education : SY /TY- LLB
- Strong Research & Writing: Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and articulating findings clearly in written memos and legal documents.
- Legal Knowledge: A basic understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and relevant laws.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and legal professionals.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to organizing files, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with legal research tools like Westlaw and standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Professionalism: A motivated attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to learning and developing professionally.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹3,500.00 per month
