Job Role: Leisure Centre Assistant Manager
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Leisure Centre Manager to join the team. This position combines front of house guest service with operational oversight of poolside, gym, courts and associated leisure facilities. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming, safe and immaculately maintained environment for both hotel guests and members, while actively supporting revenue growth and maintaining Kelly’s Resort Hotel standards.
Daily duties include:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and members of the Aqua Club.
- Oversee the daily operation of the leisure reception desk and facilities
- Ensure continuous and effective supervision of all pool and leisure areas in line with health and safety regulations
- Administer and maintain the membership management system
- Develop and implement structured cleaning rotas for all leisure areas
- Implement effective stock control procedures and manage reordering as required.
- Other duties associated with the efficient & successful day to day running of this area
Necessary Qualifications:
- Hold a valid and up-to-date recognised lifeguard qualification
- First Aid Qualification
- Pool and plant room certification a bonus

Rate: €16 – 18.00/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
