We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Leisure Club Manager to lead the way in our Leisure Centre, Spa, and Wellness facilities at the Twin Trees Hotel.
This is more than just a management role – it’s your chance to shape the heart of our guest wellbeing experience, inspire a great team, and bring fresh energy to everything from gym workouts to relaxation days!
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the Way (Operations Management)
- Oversee the daily running of our Leisure Centre, Spa, Fitness Studio, and wellness areas.
- Keep everything in top shape, from facilities and equipment to cleanliness and comfort.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guests enjoy a seamless, relaxing experience.
Inspiring a Brilliant Team (Team Leadership)
- Recruit, train, and support our team of fitness instructors, and front-of-house .
- Set clear goals, offer encouragement, and create a positive, motivated environment.
- Host regular team catch-ups, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Creating Exceptional Guest Moments (Guest Services)
- Be a friendly, welcoming presence for all our guests – from first-timers to regulars.
- Respond to questions, feedback, and requests with care and professionalism.
Spreading the Word (Sales & Marketing)
- Work with our marketing team to promote our leisure offerings through creative packages, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Help grow memberships and product sales.
- Track revenue targets and keep an eye on budgets to ensure success.
Bringing Wellness to Life (Wellness Programs)
- Develop and manage a variety of fitness classes, wellness workshops, and holistic programs.
- Stay ahead of wellness trends and introduce fresh, exciting services that guests will love.
- Make sure everything we offer aligns with our guests’ goals and expectations.
Keeping Standards High (Quality Assurance)
- Maintain top-notch standards in safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.
- Carry out regular checks to ensure everything is running smoothly and in line with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve any facility or service issues quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring & Qualifications
- A degree in health and fitness, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A proven track record in leisure, spa, or wellness management with leadership experience.
- Financial savvy – comfortable with budgeting, revenue targets, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and team leadership skills.
- Tech skills, including membership and booking systems and Microsoft Office.
- A commitment to high standards, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Able to work independently, reliably, and with great attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
