MCF is looking to recruit experienced Light and Heavy Goods Service Engineer / Mechanic based in Longford. Our company undertakes all repair works including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, engineering works, shot blasting & painting. We are also registered NSAI body builders.

The role will involve all works related to light vans, people carriers, mini buses, coaches, rigid & artic trucks along with trailers and any other LGV and HGV related vehicles. The ideal candidate should be experienced in electrics and hydraulics in addition to the standard chassis and undercarriage mechanic works.

Scope of works will include, servicing, preventative & breakdown repairs, 13 weeks inspections and DOE / CVRT compliance works.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Working conditions are excellent with all modern equipment including diagnostics, brake testing equipment, pit lanes, lifts, overhead gantry cranes, MEWP's, fully stocked & maned stores etc.
