Our office is looking for a full-time office nurse (MA or LPN). We are a busy plastic surgeons office located in Orlando/College Park. This is an exciting and challenging position with a practice that continues to grow.
General Responsibilities include:
- Having an interest in health and beauty
- Being comfortable working in an autonomous work environment
- Taking detail medical histories
- Assisting surgeon with minor office procedures
- Removing sutures
- Providing patient education pre-operatively
- Managing post-operative incision care
- Assisting surgeon with aesthetic injections
The ideal candidate must have experience working in either a plastic surgery or dermatology office.
Must have a current MA/LPN license.
Candidates must also possess strong patient service, team orientation, excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, professional dress and attire, and the ability to remain calm and respond appropriately to all stressful situations.
