Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be in a clinical supervisor position seeing over our current staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation of patient health status.
- Assist with procedures and in-office surgeries.
- Collaborate with healthcare insurance companies to obtain authorizations for surgery.
- Schedule surgery.
- In-office CT scans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
- MIPS Medicare Reporting
Experience
- Previous experience preferred but not required..
- Experience working with electronic health records preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to perform vital sign assessments and provide compassionate patient care.
- Must possess a valid LPN license and demonstrate proficiency in nursing practices relevant to the role.
