Billyard Insurance Group Ancaster is looking for Life Insurance Brokers to join the team’s Life & Finance division. The candidate must be committed to providing exceptional service and have an insatiable hunger for closing and attracting clients. This position requires a sales oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking and generating leads skills. You will be enabled to grow your book of business with a competitive compensation structure in a technology-oriented environment.

We are looking for an experienced broker to grow and develop a team, to work closely with our P&C brokers, and to contact our existing book of business to develop a life insurance book.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Generate new business through existing networks and Centers of influence
• Identify and solve our clients changing insurance demands
• Contacting a multi-million dollar book of P&C business for cross-selling opportunities
• Contacting our existing professional network (i.e. lawyers, accountants etc.) to build strategic referrals
• Review quotes and recommend coverage based on individual consumer needs
• Grow and manage a life sales team
• Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners
• Co-ordinate and follow up on client leads
• Flexibility to work from office or home

Qualifications:

• LLQP License

• Sales Focused and not shy to go out and create referral partners from various businesses

• Broad knowledge of a variety of insurance products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ancaster, ON
