Knight Archer Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive who is excited to join our growing team and deliver outstanding service to our clients. You’ll play a key role in driving informed decision-making, fostering collaboration, and maintaining accurate, well-organized data, all within a culture that values professional growth and continuous learning.

Position: Personal Lines Account Executive

Job Type: In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: Chestermere, Calgary, AB

Pay Range: From $48,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Advise clients on personal lines coverage and options
• Sell, service, and renew an established book of business
• Support clients through the claims process
• Build and maintain vendor and industry relationships
• Maintain accurate client records in our broker management system

What You Bring:

• Level 1 insurance license in good standing; Level 2 or 3 is a plus
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and earn industry designations
