We're looking for cooks with a minimum of 1 year experience in professional / production kitchens who are effective communicators.

Responsibilities include:

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Drifter Brew Co.

· Responsible for all kitchen functions including preparation and maintenance of quality standards, preparation, plate presentation, portion, cost control, and sanitation and cleanliness.

• Open or Closing Kitchen
• Following all recipes and preparation items to specifications.
• Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
• Keeping stations professional, clean and sanitary.
• Follow appropriate food handling practices at all times in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant.
• Responsible for following appropriate cleaning schedules for kitchen floors, mats, walls, hoods, kitchen equipment and food storage areas.
• Dress the part, including all safety and required dress and footwear.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Be professional in all interactions with staff and guests.
