Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Well established Italian restaurant in Little Italy looking for creative, disciplined line cook.

Minimum of 3 years experience.

Good knowledge of Italian food and experience in Italian kitchens.

Italian restaurant in little Italy with well established clientele. Very busy, well organized and professional. Serving market fresh menu guided by quality and seasonal products. Open 5 lunches and 6 nights a week.
