Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and stocking supplies
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and tasks
- Ensure all food served is fresh, properly cooked, and presented attractively to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods across various cuisines
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all aspects of food preparation

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
