About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Live Stream Producer to manage and execute engaging live broadcasts across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and Kick. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can seamlessly blend creative vision with technical execution, and knows how to captivate a live audience. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Produce Live Streams: Schedule, script, and coordinate live broadcasts on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and Kick.
• Manage Technical Execution: Oversee all technical aspects of going live, including camera, lighting, sound checks, and streaming software (OBS, StreamYard, etc.).
• Run the Show Live: Act as the "floor director" of the stream—cueing hosts, switching angles, managing screen overlays, and engaging the audience through comments/polls.
• Audience Engagement: Moderate live chats, highlight key questions, and assist talent in responding to audience comments live.
• Content Strategy Input: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm livestream concepts, formats, and themes.
• Analytics & Reports: Review stream performance, audience retention, and engagement rates to optimize future streams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in live video production across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Live.
• Familiarity with streaming tools like OBS, Streamlabs, Restream, Ecamm Live, or StreamYard.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram’s algorithms and live features (e.g., badges, monetization, chat moderation).
• Ability to manage high-pressure live environments with calm, control, and clear thinking.
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in media, broadcasting, digital marketing, or entertainment.
