Responsibilities: Liaise with bankers and clients to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing. Conduct daily follow-ups with clients, sales team, and bankers to track and complete loan formalities. Coordinate with the loans department and sales team to plan and schedule property registrations. Manage coordination with stamp vendors, prepare sale deed drafts, handle stamp duty payments, and oversee registration documentation. Requirements: Graduate degree (minimum qualification). Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and follow up proactively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
