Eagle Creek Lodge is a private sport-fishing lodge on Stuart Island, BC, Canada. The lodge is used by PACCAR and its corporate guests for business entertainment. The objective of the lodge is to provide quality fishing experience alongside a relaxing, welcoming lodge environment, food and beverage service with an expectation of excellence and quality.

Eagle Creek Lodge operates from mid-May through September. A normal season may include from 20 to 35 individual two-night trips. A trip typically includes two PACCAR hosts and six of their invited guests for a total of eight people.

Position Description Summary

The Lodge Host is a guest-facing hospitality professional responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized experience for groups of up to eight guests at a private company-owned lodge. This role combines high-touch service, guest coordination, and hands-on operational support to ensure each stay is seamless, comfortable, and memorable.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, resourceful, and attentive to detail, with a strong hospitality mindset and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise.

This is a full time, seasonal position, a typical guest season running mid-May to September. It is anticipated that approximately 10 hours per day may be necessary to manage the comforts of our guests. Private room and meals are provided.

Duties include the following:

· Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all guests

· Meet the floatplane, welcome groups upon arrival and provide property orientation

· Create a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience throughout the stay

· Address guest needs promptly and discreetly

· Communicate daily schedule to guests

· Keep the main Lodge dining and common rooms clean and well presented, prior to guest arrival and ready for the day’s operation

· Maintain snack and beverage stock levels in the guest areas and in the kitchen, bar and dock

· Assist with serving meals

· Assist with processing fish for transport

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $5,600.00 per month
