Job Description: Log Home Specialist
Company Overview
We are a leading Log Home company based in the beautiful Black Hills, with over 30 years of experience in building and maintaining log homes. Our projects range from residential homes to charming cabins and even a library.
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong interest in log homes. If you have construction experience, it will be a significant advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of skills in log home construction and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
· Learn and perform log peeling and chainsaw work
· Participate in concrete work and structural building
· Engage in framing and finish work
· Assist in building and maintaining log homes, including tasks such as caulking, chinking, staining, and replacing rotten logs
Qualifications
· Strong interest in log homes
· Construction experience is highly preferred
· Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
