About Us

Emile Corp is a fast-growing parcel delivery company. We are looking for a Driver Manager to oversee daily driver operations. If you enjoy solving problems, organizing teams, and working in a supportive environment, this role is for you!

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $20/hour (1 month probation)

Shift Schedule: Evening (6:00 pm – 12:00 am; Peak season till 2-3 am)

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage delivery routes for drivers
• Track and follow up on problem orders or delays
• Support drivers by answering questions and resolving delivery issues
• Handle returned packages and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Keep accurate records of driver performance
• Cost control of the assigned area

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)
• Education/Experience: At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in the Warehousing / Dispatch field

Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask

Other Requirements:

• Mandarin Speaking is a must
• Valid driver’s license & personal vehicle
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs when necessary
• Available 5 days/week for evening (6:00 pm – 2:00 am) shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
